However, Active Language reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Active Language reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Active Language’s sole discretion.

By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms.

Once you have placed an order for courses or hub access we will send you confirmation that your order has been received. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order.

This does not affect your legal rights.
